Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to purchases made from the HexHoard online store. They do not exclude or reduce mandatory consumer rights.

Products and prices

We aim to present accurate descriptions, photographs, dimensions and compatibility information. Colours can vary between screens. Prices are shown in Polish złoty unless checkout displays another currency. The final product price, tax and delivery charge are shown before payment.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it. If a supplier cannot fulfil an item, we will contact you and refund the unavailable item. We may refuse or cancel orders affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, unlawful content or unavailable stock.

Customer information

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing and delivery information and for checking product measurements and compatibility before ordering.

Delivery estimates, split shipments and tracking are explained on our Shipping and Delivery page. Cancellation, withdrawal, return and refund rights are explained on our Returns and Refunds page.

Personalised artwork

When you upload text, names or artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. We may reject content that is unlawful, hateful, misleading, technically unsuitable, or that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark or other rights. Small differences in print position and colour can occur within normal production tolerances.

Store use

Do not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or use it for unlawful activity.
