Shipping and Delivery

HexHoard currently ships to the destinations available at checkout. Delivery charges and the available shipping method are shown before payment.

Processing and delivery

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. Many supplier-fulfilled accessories are estimated to arrive within 7–20 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Peak periods, customs checks and carrier delays can take longer.

Separate packages

Products may be fulfilled from different locations. One order can therefore arrive in more than one package, at no extra delivery charge beyond the amount shown at checkout.

Tracking

We send tracking information when it is supplied by the carrier. Some low-cost postal services provide limited tracking updates.

Address changes

Check your delivery address carefully before paying. Contact us immediately if it needs to be changed. We cannot guarantee a change after an order has entered fulfilment.

Customs and import charges

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to local taxes, customs duties or handling charges. These are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

Delayed, damaged or missing orders

Use our contact page with your order number. For damage, include clear photographs of the product, outer packaging and shipping label so we can investigate promptly.
