How long will delivery take?
Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days. Many accessories are then estimated to arrive within 7–20 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.
Can my order arrive in more than one package?
Yes. Products may be fulfilled from different locations, so one order can arrive as separate packages at no extra delivery cost beyond what is shown at checkout.
What if I live outside the EU?
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to local customs duties or handling charges, which are the customer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
Can I return or cancel my order?
EU customers can normally withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Contact us through the Contact page with your order number before that period ends. Personalised items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
